Estes tiveram uma grande aceita\u00e7\u00e3o por parte dos discentes que verificaram que \u00e9 poss\u00edvel ter op\u00e7\u00f5es deliciosas, diversificadas e saud\u00e1veis nos seus lanches.<\/p><p>O Dia Mundial das Leguminosas \u00e9 assinalado, anualmente, a 10 de fevereiro. Este dia foi implementado atrav\u00e9s da Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o 73\/251 da Assembleia Geral das Na\u00e7\u00f5es Unidas, a 20 de dezembro de 2018. Tendo como objetivo promover os benef\u00edcios nutricionais das leguminosas e a sua import\u00e2ncia para a manuten\u00e7\u00e3o de sistemas alimentares sustent\u00e1veis e a erradica\u00e7\u00e3o da fome mundial.<\/p><p>O consumo regular de leguminosas ajuda a manter equilibrados os n\u00edveis de colesterol, triglicer\u00eddeos e a\u00e7\u00facar no sangue, prevenindo diversas doen\u00e7as, como cancro, diabetes e obesidade, ajuda a combater a anemia, al\u00e9m de ajudar no combate \u00e0 pris\u00e3o de ventre.<\/p><p>A Roda dos Alimentos Portuguesa recomenda que a quantidade di\u00e1ria a consumir de leguminosas seja de 1 a 2 por\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e3073d9
