A primeira ocorreu no dia 7 de fevereiro e foi integrada na unidade de forma\u00e7\u00e3o dos eletrodom\u00e9sticos lecionada nos cursos de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o e Forma\u00e7\u00e3o de Adultos, envolvendo, deste modo, os formandos da turma ST2. Esta iniciativa consistiu na confe\u00e7\u00e3o de uma sopa com legumes e, obviamente, leguminosas (couve, cebola, cenoura, alho franc\u00eas, batata-doce, ervilhas, ab\u00f3bora, couve-flor e ovos) trazidos pelos pr\u00f3prios participantes. Refira-se que esta sopa foi cozinhada num eletrodom\u00e9stico com classifica\u00e7\u00e3o energ\u00e9tica AAA, com o intuito de poupan\u00e7a energ\u00e9tica, sustentabilidade e alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o saud\u00e1vel, assim como o aproveitamento integral dos ingredientes.<\/p><p>No final, todos os envolvidos ficaram com o sentimento de miss\u00e3o cumprida, pois conseguiram concretizar uma tarefa, simultaneamente, interessante, informativa e inovadora e que, por sua vez, possibilitou a partilha e o conv\u00edvio entre todos. Um bem-haja a todos!<\/p><p>Para celebrar o Dia de S\u00e3o Valentim, a 14 de fevereiro, o Projeto promoveu uma atividade bem doce e, com certeza, do agrado de todos aqueles que passaram pela banca do nosso Projeto, situada no bar da Escola. Alunos, docentes e outros membros da comunidade escolar tiveram a oportunidade de degustar as nossas espetadinhas de frutas variadas (morango, kiwi, banana, anan\u00e1s e manga) envolvidas em chocolate preto, a brotar de uma cascata\u2026 estavam deliciosas!<\/p><p>O Placard da cantina tamb\u00e9m foi decorado de acordo com as duas efem\u00e9rides. Relativamente \u00e0s leguminosas apresentamos todas as informa\u00e7\u00f5es pertinentes e a import\u00e2ncia das mesmas na nossa alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o e no que concerne ao Dia de S\u00e3o Valentim destacou-se alguns frutos vermelhos, justamente aqueles com a cor do amor, e alguns dos seus benef\u00edcios, apelando assim, ao seu consumo.<\/p><p>Gratos a todos pela ades\u00e3o \u00e0s nossas atividades.
