Tudo foi acompanhado com a atua\u00e7\u00e3o dos alunos que na viola encantaram com o bailinho da Madeira, com dan\u00e7a e com can\u00e7\u00e3o de Salvador Sobral.<\/p><p><strong>Quadradinhos saud\u00e1veis<\/strong><\/p><p>. Ingredientes secos<\/p><p>&#8211; Farinha integral (1 copo m\u00e9dio)<\/p><p>&#8211; Aveia (1 copo m\u00e9dio)<\/p><p>&#8211; Sementes de linha\u00e7a (1 m\u00e3o cheia)<\/p><p>&#8211; Sementes de girassol (1 m\u00e3o cheia)<\/p><p>&#8211; Sementes de s\u00e9samo (1 pitada)<\/p><p>&#8211; Am\u00eandoa laminada (1 m\u00e3o cheia)<\/p><p>&#8211; Coco ralado (q. b)<\/p><p>&#8211; Canela (q. b)<\/p><p>&#8211; Folhas de hortel\u00e3 aos bocadinhos<\/p><p>&#8211; Raspa de lim\u00e3o<\/p><p>. Ingredientes l\u00edquidos:<\/p><p>&#8211; Mel de abelha ou de cana (1 copo m\u00e9dio)<\/p><p>&#8211; Azeite (1 colher de sobremesa)<\/p><p>&#8211; 1 ovo<\/p><p><strong>. Prepara\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/strong><\/p><p>Misturar os ingredientes secos e os ingredientes l\u00edquidos separadamente em duas ta\u00e7as. Incorporar as duas misturas numa s\u00f3 ta\u00e7a. A mistura tem de ficar espessa, tipo papa. Espalhar a mistura num pirex retangular para ir ao forno, de modo \u00e0 mistura ficar com 2cm de espessura aproximadamente. Levar ao forno a 180\u00ba, 20 minutos aproximadamente (dependendo do forno), mas j\u00e1 sabem que estar\u00e1 pronto quando o topo ficar douradinho. Retirar do forno e deixar arrefecer completamente, antes de cortar aos quadradinhos com uma boa faca.<\/p><p>Podem embrulhar em papel vegetal ou papel de alum\u00ednio e levar para onde vos bem
