Existe evid\u00eancia cient\u00edfica de que a ingest\u00e3o de quantidades adequadas destes alimentos (cerca de 400g\/dia) diminui o risco de desenvolvimento de diversas doen\u00e7as cr\u00f3nicas n\u00e3o transmiss\u00edveis, tais como doen\u00e7as cardiovasculares, cancro, diabetes e obesidade.<\/p><p>S\u00e3o na sua maioria alimentos com fun\u00e7\u00e3o reguladora, que fornecem quantidades apreci\u00e1veis de vitaminas, minerais, \u00e1gua e fibras alimentares sol\u00faveis.<\/p><p>O grupo da fruta \u00e9 uma excelente fonte de hidratos de carbono simples (frutose) e deve contribuir com 20% da energia di\u00e1ria total, ou seja, uma ingest\u00e3o de 3 a 5 por\u00e7\u00f5es di\u00e1rias. O grupo das hort\u00edcolas fornece cerca de 23% da energia di\u00e1ria total, o que corresponde \u00e0 ingest\u00e3o de 3 a 5 por\u00e7\u00f5es por dia.<\/p><p>Al\u00e9m disso, estes alimentos s\u00e3o muito vers\u00e1teis e podem ser consumidos crus, cozidos e em forma de sumo.<\/p><p>Deste modo, a atividade pretendeu alertar os nossos alunos para a import\u00e2ncia do consumo destes alimentos diariamente e da diversidade de formas que os podem consumir.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
