{"id":2811,"date":"2019-06-17T08:10:00","date_gmt":"2019-06-17T08:10:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/projetosdre.madeira.gov.pt\/edualimentar\/?p=2811"},"modified":"2026-03-13T01:37:04","modified_gmt":"2026-03-13T01:37:04","slug":"acoes-de-sensibilizacao-da-dre-dinamizadas-pela-equipa-de-nutricao","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/projetosdre.madeira.gov.pt\/edualimentar\/acoes-de-sensibilizacao-da-dre-dinamizadas-pela-equipa-de-nutricao\/","title":{"rendered":"A\u00e7\u00f5es de sensibiliza\u00e7\u00e3o da DRE, dinamizadas pela equipa de Nutri\u00e7\u00e3o"},"content":{"rendered":"\t\t<div data-elementor-type=\"wp-post\" data-elementor-id=\"2811\" class=\"elementor elementor-2811\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-470cfcb e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"470cfcb\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6d00ad2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6d00ad2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Uma boa forma de obter ganhos em sa\u00fade \u00e9 a pr\u00e1tica de h\u00e1bitos alimentares saud\u00e1veis.<\/p><p>Com este intuito, a coordena\u00e7\u00e3o da RBES tem continuado a realizar a\u00e7\u00f5es para sensibilizar os jovens \u00e0 ado\u00e7\u00e3o destes h\u00e1bitos, tendo-se realizado desta vez v\u00e1rias sess\u00f5es na Escola B\u00e1sica de 2\u00ba e 3\u00ba Ciclos da Torre, na Escola B\u00e1sica Dr.\u00ba Hor\u00e1cio Bento de Gouveia, na Escola B\u00e1sica e Secund\u00e1ria com Pr\u00e9-Escolar da Calheta, na Escola B\u00e1sica de 2\u00ba e 3\u00ba Ciclo dos Louros, na Escola B\u00e1sica e Secund\u00e1ria Padre Manuel \u00c1lvares e na Escola B\u00e1sica e Secund\u00e1ria da Ponta de Sol, escolas aderentes a este projeto, onde se promoveu a pr\u00e1tica de uma alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o saud\u00e1vel no geral numa sess\u00e3o e noutras se deu destaque \u00e0 hidrata\u00e7\u00e3o, aos hortofrut\u00edcolas e ao pequeno almo\u00e7o, uma refei\u00e7\u00e3o crucial para os jovens, muitas vezes omitida ou desadequada.<\/p><p>Alertou-se para a import\u00e2ncia de variar e adequar diante do leque abrangente de alimentos saud\u00e1veis e ensinou-se a identificar os alimentos ricos em a\u00e7\u00facar, gorduras e sal, de forma a poderem escolher limitar o seu consumo.<\/p><p>Pretendeu-se dotar os jovens de informa\u00e7\u00e3o de forma a perceberem os benef\u00edcios de fazerem escolhas alimentares saud\u00e1veis. A curiosidade e o envolvimento dos participantes estiveram sempre presentes e ficou a promessa de voltar.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div
