Lu\u00eds Santos Costa- Anexo 1 &#8211; Ribeira Seca, apresentaram os trabalhos elaborados, de diferentes tipologias textuais, sobre a tem\u00e1tica \\&#8221;Tradi\u00e7\u00f5es t\u00e3o long\u00ednquas\\&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Tradi\u00e7\u00f5es t\u00e3o long\u00ednquas<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nesta \u00e9poca era costume, no dia de Carnaval, h\u00e1 cinquenta anos, fazer malassadas com farinha, ovos, p\u00e3o de massa, uma casquinha de lim\u00e3o, um pauzinho de canela e uma pitada de sal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante o dia as fam\u00edlias iam para o campo plantar semilhas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ao entardecer faziam um cozido com couves, batatas, semilhas e adicionavam a primeira posta do rabo do porco, desde o Natal no fundo da salgadeira, guardada para esta altura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Enquanto o comer era cozido \u00e0 lenha, todos observavam a m\u00e3e a amassar e aguardavam pela sua levedura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ao anoitecer, a m\u00e3e fritava a massa da malassada numa frigideira, com banha de porco, enquanto os filhos aguardavam com ansiedade a sua cozedura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Era colocado, em cima da mesa, um prato com a\u00e7\u00facar e ch\u00e1 de hortel\u00e3, \u00e0 luz da candeia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De seguida, comiam o cozido e finalmente era distribu\u00edda uma malassada, por vezes metade, a cada elemento da fam\u00edlia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Devido ao aproximar da quarta-feira de cinzas, primeiro dia da Quaresma, o conv\u00edvio findava com uma reza, pelas almas dos defuntos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Era um momento marcante pois, somente de ano a ano, eram saboreadas as not\u00e1veis malassadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image
